How do you use the DAS-6 PRO mk2 ZviZZer kit ?

  • Prepare your surfaces thoroughly (washing, chemical and mechanical decontamination).
  • Mask sensitive areas (trim, logos, stickers..) using the supplied APP110 18mm tape.
  • Choose the pad according to the work required (heavy correction with HC4000 and pink pad / finishing with FC2000 and yellow pad).
  • Work in small areas (60x60cm) with the polisher set to an appropriate speed (4 to 6 depending on finishing or correction).
  • Wipe residue with a Black Velvet microfiber towel and CarPro Eraser.
  • Always finish with FC2000 finishing polish and the matching yellow ZviZZer pad from the kit.

Tip: Clean your pads regularly to prevent the pad cells from becoming saturated with polish dust (brush, pad washer, pad cleaner..)
