Description
You all know and appreciate the DAS-6 Pro polisher. You will love the DAS-6 Pro mk2 (type X8).
This direct evolution of the DAS-6 Pro retains exactly the same operating mode (orbital) and the same technical specifications. Thus, the DAS-6 PRO mk2 is still equipped with the powerful 900W motor, which gives it a very good ability to withstand pressure in order to correct deep defects.
Also, the 8mm orbit already present on the DAS-6 Pro is retained.
You can easily polish all types of clearcoat with the DAS-6 Pro mk2, including the hardest ones, with a reworked ergonomics. The overall shape of the DAS-6 Pro mk2 has been redesigned to allow better weight distribution, a better grip and above all a speed adjustment within easy reach.
The start trigger is lockable, so you won't have to press it continuously.
The grip at the head allows a perfect hold to distribute pressure optimally during your correction work.
It is still possible with this DAS-6 Pro mk2 to replace the original 5' backing plate with another optional plate (6' or 3') depending on the elements you need to polish.

This DAS-6 Pro mk2 polisher comes in its Maniac-Auto branded carry bag, with an accessory kit (replacement carbon brushes, U-handle, flat backing plate wrench). Also included is a pad cleaning brush, ergonomic and fitted with a wrench at the end of the handle for mounting the included handle.
A polisher with an excellent value for money, ideal for getting started with machine polishing safely and at any skill level, with a reworked ergonomics.

How to use the DAS-6 PRO MK2?
- Attach a suitable pad to the supplied backing plate (5.5" recommended).
- Apply a small amount of polish to the pad.
- Spread the polish over a small area.
- Adjust the speed according to the correction required (1=2500 rpm, 2=3200 rpm, 3=3900 rpm, 4=4900 rpm, 5=5500 rpm, 6=6800 rpm)
- Switch on the machine and begin polishing.
- Work in overlapping cross passes with light pressure.
- Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber and isopropyl alcohol.
- Repeat on the remaining areas until the desired result is achieved.
Tip: For optimal polishing, start at a low speed (1–2) to spread the product, then gradually increase the speed to correct defects.
Important: before polishing your vehicle, we recommend pre-washing, washing, then performing mechanical decontamination using a clay bar.
