Description
Black Velvet Microfiber is the dual-sided microfiber developed by the teams at COCKTAIL MICROFIBERS. Ultra-versatile, it makes it easy to wipe away polish residue during your correction phase. It will also effectively wipe off a glaze or a wax, or even quick detailers.
The Black Velvet is laser-cut and therefore has no seams, eliminating any risk of creating micro-defects during wiping. Thanks to its comfortable 420gsm thickness, you can safely wipe all coatings, even the most fragile ones such as lacquered blacks and very soft clear coats.
The long-pile side of the Black Velvet Microfiber allows for an effective first wipe, and you can then refine the wipe with the short-pile side for a perfect result.

Made of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide, it can be machine washed at 30° on a synthetic cycle (without fabric softener). Preferably use a dedicated microfiber detergent (e.g.: VALET PRO Microfibre Reviver)

How do you use COCKTAIL MICROFIBERS Black Velvet?
- Possible uses: High-quality microfiber suitable for gloss and matte paintwork, wheels of all finishes, and all interior work.
- Suitable stages: Perfect for wiping clay lubricant during decontamination, wiping polish, or any touch-up work during dust removal or cleaning any mark from the paintwork.
- Application: Always fold the microfiber into quarters to create 8 usable sides: 4 long-pile sides and 4 short-pile finishing sides. Use circular motions to wipe off your products. Perform a second wipe.
- Cleaning: Always remember to clean your microfibers after use. Machine washable (30°C) or hand washable. Preferably use a dedicated microfiber detergent (e.g., VALET PRO Microfibre Reviver)

Care instructions
Washing with a dedicated microfiber detergent will help extend the microfiber's lifespan. Then dry it on a rack. Be sure to clean very dirty microfibers separately from those used for finishing wipe-off to prevent them from becoming saturated quickly.
