Description
The Thermo Trapez Ultra Soft Green pad is an exceptionally crafted pad, dedicated to pure finishing work or the application of waxes and polishes. ZviZZer needs no introduction when it comes to the quality and durability of their polishing foams. A current world reference.
The quality of craftsmanship is felt through the strength of the Velcro, with a highly resistant adhesive between the foam and the interface. Also, the trapezoidal cut is perfectly shaped and chamfered for greater durability. The honeycomb and aerated foam structure also ensures perfect heat distribution. The central hole in the pad also allows excess heat to dissipate during use.
Unlike the other foam pad families from the brand ZviZZer (AllRounders), this Trapez version does not feature the additional rubber interface between the Velcro and the foam.
The Thermo foam used in this pad is very special and allows it to resist deformation under pressure, while preventing the pad from softening and losing performance entirely. This Thermo foam equipping all ZviZZer foam pads delivers considerable gains in performance and pad durability (up to 3 to 4 times longer compared to another similar pad in traditional foam).
ZviZZer uses a registered and protected color code for their pad range, highly specific, to perfectly identify which polish should be used with which pad and also potentially with which wiping microfiber. Thus, this Trapez Green Ultra Soft pad can be used with ZviZZer Ultrafine Cut Swirl Hologram Remover & Sealing (UC 1000) or any other finishing polish from another brand.
The fineness of the foam in this ultra-finishing pad ensures a perfect finish even on the most delicate and difficult paint shades to work with (high-gloss direct, solid finish, etc.)
You can also use this pad to apply your liquid waxes or your favorite glaze.

How do you use the ZviZZer Trapez Ultra Soft Vert pad?
- Choose the pad size according to the size of your backing plate (e.g., a 125/140mm ZviZZer pad will fit a 125mm/5' machine backing plate).
- Center your pad on your backing plate.
- Apply a large dollop of polish (e.g., Ultrafine Cut Swirl Hologram Remover & Sealing UC 1000) directly onto the surface or several small dollops onto the pad.
- Spread your polish quickly at low speed over an area no larger than 60x60cm.
- Then work your polish at low speed (setting 4 on an orbital or dual-action polisher) using slow straight-line passes.
- Finish your work when the remaining polish haze is very thin, almost transparent.
- Wipe off your polish with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g., Microfibre Cloth Green) using a Clean Top pad (alcohol-based).
- Inspect your finish, then apply a protective wax.
Tip: Remember to clean your pad regularly with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner cleaning solution to keep the foam completely free of polish dust. Your work and results will be much better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, then wipe everything with a microfiber towel or use a Pad Washer.
