The company MSL WEB, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), with current share capital, registered with the RCS under SIRET number 533 641 023 00056, whose registered office is located at 3 rue Charlie Chaplin, 78390 Bois d'Arcy, represented by Mr. Raphaël SAILLANT, in his capacity as legal representative, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer", is organizing a contest with a purchase requirement entitled:
« 1 chance to win 1 FLEX Christmas Box with every purchase of a FLEX brand polisher ».
The contest is open to any adult individual (18 years of age or older at the date of participation), without restriction of nationality, making a purchase that meets the conditions described in Article 3.
The following are excluded from participation:
Employees of the organizing company and of any partner company involved in the organization of the contest,
Members of their immediate family.
Participation is strictly personal and limited to one entry per eligible purchase.
ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Participation in the contest is automatic for any person making, between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 inclusive, an online purchase on the website www.maniac-auto.com of a FLEX polisher whose reference appears in the following list:

Each order containing an eligible machine entitles the customer to one (1) entry. No minimum purchase is required beyond the acquisition of a qualifying product.
ARTICLE 4 – CONTEST DURATION
The contest will run from December 1, 2025 at 00:00 to December 31, 2025 at 23:59.
The draw will take place on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
ARTICLE 5 – WINNER SELECTION
Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants.
The draw will be conducted randomly by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZES
The three winners will each receive a FLEX Christmas Box, with an estimated retail value of over 200 euros VAT included, containing the following items:
1 SD 7-320 4 electric screwdriver
1 FLEX DB15 tip set
1 tape measure
1 mechanical pencil
1 utility knife with replacement blades
1 flashlight
1 bottle opener in the shape of a polisher
The prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted for any financial compensation.
ARTICLE 7 – WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be notified by email, and if necessary by phone, at the address provided at the time of order. They will have a period of 1 month from the date the notification email is sent to confirm acceptance of their prize. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be considered forfeited and may be reassigned.
ARTICLE 8 – PRIZE DELIVERY
Prizes will be sent by post to the address provided at the time of order. Shipping costs are fully covered by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
The Organizer's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, logistical issues, technical failure, or any circumstance beyond its control preventing the proper conduct of the contest.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected in the context of this contest is used exclusively for the management of the contest and the allocation of prizes.

ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement shall be submitted to the competent courts.
