After receiving the documents, the Maniac-auto Customer Service team will get back to you regarding your eligibility within 24 hours and will upgrade your account to a Pro account. Please note that the 10% discount will be applied automatically once your Pro account is confirmed by our team: when you add products to your cart, a discount corresponding to 10% of the product value appears automatically. The discount does not apply to products already on sale.
A -10% line will appear automatically in your cart and on your invoice.
The professional discount is not retroactive on invoices issued before the validation of the professional account. Your invoices are available in your personal space, after logging in, under the "order history" section. Click on "Download" in the "Invoice" column for the relevant order and you will then be able to print it directly. Please note that invoices are only available after the goods have been shipped.
