Whether you live in France, the French overseas territories, Europe or even further afield in the world, Maniac-Auto.com offers you a range of delivery options tailored to your needs.
Maniac-Auto.com commits to dispatching orders placed before 1pm on the same day (excluding weekends, public holidays and exceptional promotional periods). Delivery within 48h using Colissimo (home delivery, delivery to relay points or at a retailer), within 24h using Chronopost in mainland France, or within 5 working days with Mondial Relay at a relay point in mainland France and Belgium. Delivery within 24/48h with GLS to your home or at relay points, as well as in Belgium within 48h.

Special attention is paid to packaging and product protection during transit.
In the event of damage to your parcel, we invite you to contact us so that we can take action against our delivery service provider.
If your order is delayed, this may be due to bad weather in winter, such as snow or black ice.

Our stock
Our goal being to provide you with impeccable service quality, we have decided to work on a just-in-time basis, which considerably shortens the delivery time for orders. If one of the products in your order is not available even though Maniac-Auto.com showed it as in stock, we will contact you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Incomplete order
In the event of an incomplete order or an error on a product, please immediately contact our customer service at 09 67 53 97 86 to explain the situation. We will send you a parcel with the missing items as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order. For mainland France (excluding Corsica), they are free from €150 of purchases. You can always simulate your shipping costs by creating an account, entering your delivery address, and filling your cart.

Warehouse pickup
MANIAC-AUTO invites you to pick up your order directly from our premises to save you shipping costs.
To do this, simply select the "pickup at Maniac-Auto" option.
As soon as you receive the e-mail notifying you that your order is ready, you can head straight to our warehouse to pick it up.
