How to use the KOCH CHEMIE 250ml Polish Kit?

  1. Preparation: Thoroughly wash and dry the vehicle to remove all dirt and surface contaminants.​
  2. Compounding with Heavy Cut H9.02: Apply a moderate amount of H9.02 onto a suitable polishing pad (such as a wool or hard foam pad). Use a rotary or dual-action polisher at moderate speed with medium pressure. Work in 40x40 cm sections using cross-hatch passes until the product turns clear. Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber towel.​
  3. Polishing with Fine Cut F6.01: After compounding, apply F6.01 onto a medium polishing pad. Use a polisher at moderate speed with light to medium pressure. Work in similar sections using cross-hatch passes until a glossy finish is achieved. Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber towel.​
  4. Finishing with Micro Cut M3.02: For the ultimate finish, apply M3.02 onto a soft finishing pad. Use a polisher at moderate speed with light pressure. Work using cross-hatch passes until a flawless high gloss is achieved. Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber towel.​
