Description

ZviZZer Medium Cut One Step (MC3000) is an intermediate polish (Medium Cut) for correcting common defects found on clear coats (micro-scratches, light sanding haze, holograms, insect marks, etc.)

This new-generation water-based polish allows for very interesting cut (capable of correcting up to 2000 grit wet sanding), while also ensuring a deliverable finish without residual defects. ZviZZer Medium Cut One Step (MC3000) is part of the One Step polish range, for correction and finishing in a single pass.

Like all polishes in the ZviZZer range, Medium Cut One Step (MC3000) produces very little dust, works for a long time while being sufficiently fluid to not dry too quickly. A real advantage for the detailer looking to optimize their quality and working conditions.

For those looking to improve the aesthetic appearance of their car in minimal time, Medium Cut One Step (MC3000) will be the perfect polish. Note that it does not contain any protection, unlike ZviZZer One Polish

Although initially intended to be used with the orange pad, following ZviZZer's characteristic color code, you can nevertheless use ZviZZer Medium Cut One Step (MC3000) with all pad colors in the range, as this polish is so versatile. You can vary your combination by orienting it more toward cut or finish. The ZviZZer Thermo Trapez or Thermo Allrounder pad models will be perfectly suited.

The oils contained in this polish will ensure a very smooth, well-rounded finish on your vehicle. Wiping off ZviZZer Medium Cut One Step (MC3000) is also fairly easy, not too greasy under the microfiber.


You should therefore make sure to thoroughly degrease your surfaces with an alcohol-based solution (e.g.: Clean Top) before applying a ceramic coating.

How to use ZviZZer Medium Cut One Step (MC3000)?

  1. Shake bottle well before use.
  2. Choose your pad to use with ZviZZer MC3000 (Thermo Trapez Orange or Allrounder Orange. Any other color can also work given the polish's versatility).
  3. Spread in an outer ring around your pad.
  4. Start by spreading your polish at low speed (speed 2 on a dual-action polisher, 900/1000 rpm on a rotary polisher), then increase to speed 5 on the dual-action and approximately 1500 rpm on the rotary.
  5. Work on a 60x60 cm section in straight lines using a cross-hatch pattern.
  6. Wipe off with an orange ZviZZer microfiber towel for a perfect finish.

Tip: Make sure to always work ZviZZer Medium Cut One Step MC3000 on a properly prepared surface (chemical and mechanical decontamination). Work in the shade and on cool surfaces only.
