Description
The THERMO MINI Medium Cut Foam Pad Orange is a mini pad of exceptional craftsmanship, dedicated to medium correction work on common defects.
ZviZZer needs no introduction when it comes to the quality and durability of their polishing foams. A current world reference.
The quality of craftsmanship is felt through the solidity of the hook-and-loop on one hand, with a very strong adhesive between the foam and the hook-and-loop. The honeycomb, aerated foam structure (open-cell) also ensures perfect heat distribution.
This mini pad is dedicated for use with a micro-machine such as a Dremel with a mini backing plate or the Autotriz Nano Polisher 3.0.
Once equipped with this THERMO MINI Medium Cut Foam Pad, your tool will allow you to access the most hard-to-reach areas such as the inside of logos, lettering, wheel spokes, etc.
The Thermo foam used in this mini pad is very special and allows it to resist deformation under pressure, while preventing the pad from softening and completely losing performance. This Thermo foam, which equips all ZviZZer foam pads, allows for a considerable gain in performance and pad durability (up to 3 to 4 times greater compared to a similar pad in traditional foam).
ZviZZer uses a registered and protected color code for their pad range, very specific, to perfectly identify which polish should be used with which pad, and also potentially with which wiping microfiber. Thus, this THERMO MINI Medium Cut Foam Pad Orange can be used with the polish ZviZZer Medium Cut (MC3000) or any other correction or intensive polish from another brand.
The fairly soft foam of this pad will ensure a very clean finish even on the most delicate and difficult paint colors to work with (direct gloss, solid finish, etc.). A pure finishing pass with a Yellow or Green pad from the brand will be required for a perfect finish.

How to use the THERMO MINI Medium Cut Foam Pad?
- Carefully select the mini pad size based on your backing plate (e.g., a 25 mm ZviZZer pad fits a 25 mm machine backing plate or smaller).
- Center your mini pad on your backing plate.
- Apply a small pea-sized drop of polish (e.g., Medium Cut MC 3000) directly onto the pad.
- Spread your polish quickly at low speed over a small working area.
- Then work your polish at medium speed (1200 rpm). Take care not to force onto sharp, pronounced body lines.
- Finish your pass when the residual polish film becomes very thin, nearly clear.
- Wipe off the polish residue with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g., Orange Microfiber Cloth) using a pad soaked with Clean Top (alcohol-based)
- Inspect your finish and apply a protective wax afterwards.
Tip: Be sure to regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner solution to keep your foam completely free of polish residue. Your workflow and results will be significantly better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, and then wipe off with a microfiber towel or run the pad through a Pad Washer.

- Always clean your pad regularly with Pad Cleaner
- Never leave an object or tool resting on the pad.
- Never clean a pad in a washing machine.
- Always gently pull on the hook-and-loop backing to remove the pad from the backing plate.
