This polishing backing plate BP-M/R D75 XFE 7-12 specifically designed for FLEX XFE 7-12-80 machines will be compatible with all pads in dimensions of at least 75mm (3').
Thanks to its resistant fastening system, it will guarantee a stable and durable polishing experience. Designed from a 10mm thick polyurethane (PU) foam, this backing plate will provide definite polishing comfort by absorbing the slight curves of the polished surfaces. How to use the BP-M/R D75 XFE 7-12 backing plate for the FLEX XFE 7-12-80 polisher?

  1. Screw your backing plate firmly onto the polisher head (hex socket screw).
  2. Choose a pad suitable for the backing plate size.
  3. Attach the pad securely to the hook-and-loop backing plate.

Tip: Never pull too aggressively on the hook-and-loop when replacing a pad. Never machine wash the backing plate. Never place on a hot surface or in direct sunlight.
