FLEX offers its range of very high quality foam polishing pads.

The PS-V pads (purple) have a medium density and offer an intermediate cutting power for light defects on a vehicle (micro-scratches, ingrained bird droppings, oxidation haze).

The foam structure is precisely designed to achieve the cut needed for intermediate corrections and offers excellent durability.

The PSV pads are compatible with all orbital, rotary-orbital, and rotary machines.

Available in 80mm, 140mm, and 160mm.

How to use the FLEX PS-V pad?

  1. Choose the PS-V pad in the appropriate size for your backing plate (e.g., 80 mm pad for a 75 mm backing plate).
  2. Center your pad on the polisher's backing plate.
  3. Apply a ring of polish around the outer edge of the pad surface.
  4. Set the desired speed using the integrated speed dial.
  5. Turn on the machine and start gently thanks to the soft start feature.
  6. Work in cross-hatch passes for even coverage.
  7. Wipe down the surface with a clean microfiber towel after polishing.
  8. Clean the backing plate and pad after each use.

Tip: Regularly brush out polish residue from your pad using a tool such as the RUPES Claw Pad Tool. You can also clean your pad during polishing sessions with the LAKE COUNTRY Pad Washer.
