The PS-O pads (orange) are soft and offer a very good finish.

The foam structure is tear-resistant and offers excellent manageability, stability and very good durability.

The PS-O pads are compatible with all orbital, rotary-orbital and rotary machines.

Available in 80mm, 140mm and 160mm.

How do you use the PS-O FLEX pad?

  1. Choose the PS-O pad in the size suited to your backing plate (e.g. an 80mm pad for a 75mm backing plate).
  2. Center your pad on your polisher's backing plate.
  3. Apply a circle of polish around the outer edge of the pad surface.
  4. Set the desired speed using the integrated speed controller.
  5. Turn on the machine and start gently thanks to the soft-start function.
  6. Work in crosshatch passes for even coverage.
  7. Wipe the surface with a clean microfiber towel after polishing.
  8. Clean the backing plate and pad after each use.

Tip: Remember to regularly brush polish residue off your pad with a brush such as the RUPES Claw Pad Tool. You can also wash your pad during work with the Pad Washer LAKE COUNTRY.
