Description

FLEX offers its range of very high quality foam polishing pads.

The PS-R pads (red) are very dense and offer excellent correction for the most pronounced defects on a vehicle (micro-scratches, sanding marks).

The foam structure is tear-resistant and offers excellent handling as well as very good durability.

Furthermore, the PS-R pads feature a harder white layer at the base of the backing plate to ensure better stability when working on curves.

The PS-R pads are compatible with all orbital, rotary-orbital, and rotary machines.

Available in 80mm, 140mm, and 160mm.

How do you use the PS-R FLEX pad?

  1. Choose the PS-R pad in the size suited to your backing plate (e.g., an 80mm pad for a 75mm backing plate).
  2. Center your pad on your polisher's backing plate.
  3. Apply a ring of polish around the outer edge of the pad surface.
  4. Set the desired speed using the integrated speed controller.
  5. Turn on the machine and start gently thanks to the soft start.
  6. Work in crosshatch passes for even coverage.
  7. Wipe the surface with a clean microfiber after polishing.
  8. Clean the backing plate and pad after each use.

Tip: Remember to regularly brush polish residue off your pad with a brush such as the RUPES Claw Pad Tool. You can also wash your pad during use with the Pad Washer LAKE COUNTRY.

Care instructions

- Always clean your pad regularly and thoroughly with Pad Cleaner

- Never leave an object/tool resting on the pad.

- Never clean a pad in a washing machine.

- Always pull gently on the hook-and-loop backing to remove the pad from the backing plate.
