Description
Wet sanding disc designed for localized defect correction such as sanding dust nibs under clear coat, correction of paint touch-ups, or sanding of deep scratches.
The Velcro attachment system of the ZVIZZER Surf Disc Ø 77mm on the back will be ideal with a perfect grip. Furthermore, for wet use (wetsanding), Velcro is far more suitable.
The abrasive on these sanding discs is very durable and will wear out more slowly than competing discs.
Different grits are available to suit all types of sanding: coarse, intermediate, finishing, or ultra-finishing. (P1500, P2000, P2500, P3000, P6000).
Always remember to refine your grit, especially if you start with coarse grits. Finish with a polishing step using a Thermo pad and a suitable polish.

How do you use the ZVIZZER Surf Disc Ø 77mm?
- Choose the desired grit according to the defect to be corrected (P1500, P2000, P2500, P3000, P6000).
- Center your sanding disc on a sanding block or on your mini polisher backing plate.
- Soak your sanding disc with water or a quick detailer of your choice.
- Sand the defect without applying too much pressure, using steady movements.
- Finish by polishing your area with a suitable Zvizzer polish and pad (for example, HC 4000 and pad rose Thermo All Rounder).
- Wipe off your polish with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g., Microfibre Cloth Black or Black Velvet) using a small amount of Clean Top (alcohol-based) or any other Cleaner.
- Inspect your finish, then follow with a finishing pass using a yellow or orange foam pad (Trapez or All-Rounder) and a finishing polish (FC2000 Fine Cut).
Tip: Remember to clean your sanding disc regularly with water. Your work and results will be much better.
