Description
Thermo Nano Wool Pad is the direct evolution of the famous Doodle Merino Wool Pad.
The same characteristics are retained while further improving the technical specifications. Thermo Nano Wool Pad now features a foam interface between the hook-and-loop backing and the wool, to absorb heat buildup during work. The foam interface is made from the renowned Thermo foam that has built the reputation of ZviZZer with their excellent Trapez or All-Rounders pads.
Worth noting is the excellent quality of the hook-and-loop backing, which will withstand many uses without tearing.
The fibers of Thermo Nano Wool Pad are made from very high-quality natural wool, non-pilling and very soft. However, do not be mistaken — Thermo Nano Wool Pad will be very aggressive for correcting the most significant defects on bodywork and recovering polished-buffed finishes.
It should be used with a highly abrasive polish such as the excellent HC4000 Heavy Cut or PC5000 Pre Cut. A second pass with a Trapez or All-Rounder foam pad (orange or yellow) will then be required to refine the fine surface marks left by the Thermo Nano Wool Pad.
Pad to be used for the heaviest corrections, on the hardest and/or most damaged paintwork, and reserved exclusively for experienced detailers.
Recommended for use with a rotary polisher, but can also be used with an orbital polisher.

How do you use the ZviZZer Thermo nano Wool Pad?
- Choose the pad size according to your backing plate size (e.g. a 130/25/130mm ZviZZer size is suitable for a 125mm/5' machine backing plate).
- Center your pad on the backing plate.
- Apply several pea-sized drops of polish and spread the polish evenly over the pad to thoroughly saturate the fibers. (e.g. polish: HC 4000 Heavy Cut)
- Spread your polish quickly at low speed over an area no larger than 60x60cm. (600 rpm rotary speed or orbital speed 2)
- Then work your polish at high speed (5-6 on an orbital or 1500-1800 rpm on a rotary) using slow straight passes.
- Finish your work when the residual polish haze is very thin, almost transparent.
- Wipe off your polish with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g.: Microfibre Cloth Black) using a little Clean Top (alcohol-based)
- Check your finish, then proceed with a finishing pass using a yellow or orange foam pad (Trapez or All-Rounder) and a finishing polish (FC2000 Fine Cut)
Tip: Remember to regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner cleaning solution to keep your wool fibers completely free of polish dust. Your work and results will be much better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, then wipe everything with a microfiber towel or place the pad in a Pad Washer.

Care instructions
- Always clean your pad regularly with Pad Cleaner
- Never leave an object/tool resting on the pad.
- Never clean a pad in a washing machine.
- Always pull gently on the hook-and-loop backing to remove the pad from the backing plate.
