Description
The Thermo Allrounder Ultra Hard Blue pad is an exceptionally crafted pad, dedicated to the most intensive correction work (deep scratches, hard clear coats, paint correction after polishing defects).
ZviZZer needs no introduction when it comes to the quality and durability of their polishing foams. A current world reference.
The build quality is felt through the strength of the hook-and-loop on one hand, with a very strong adhesive between the foam and the interface. Also, the trapezoidal cut is perfectly shaped and chamfered for greater durability. The honeycomb and aerated foam structure also ensures perfect heat distribution. The central hole of the pad also allows excess heat to be dissipated during use.
The interface between the foam and the hook-and-loop provides even greater stability compared to other ZviZZer Trapez pads. A notable advantage when you want to maintain control of the pad on flat surfaces.
The Thermo foam used in this pad is very special and allows it to resist deformation under pressure, while preventing the pad from softening and completely losing performance. This Thermo foam, which equips all ZviZZer foam pads, provides a considerable gain in performance and pad durability (up to 3 to 4 times longer than a similar pad with traditional foam).
ZviZZer uses a registered and protected color code for their pad range, very specific, to perfectly identify which polish should be used with which pad and also potentially with which drying microfiber. Thus, Thermo Allrounder Ultra Hard Blue can be used with the compound ZviZZer Pre Cut Deep Scratch Remover (PC 5000) or any other compound from another brand.
The density and resistance of the foam in this heavy-duty correction pad will allow intensive polishing work to be carried out without the pad losing its effectiveness. The hardest clear coats on the market can be corrected without issues with this pad.

How to use the ZviZZer Thermo Allrounder Ultra Hard Blue pad?
- Choose the right pad size to match your backing plate (e.g. a 125/140mm size from ZviZZer will suit a 125mm/5" machine backing plate).
- Center your pad on your backing plate.
- Apply a generous amount of polish (e.g. Pre Cut Deep Scratch Remover (PC5000)) directly onto the backing plate or a few drops onto the pad.
- Spread your polish quickly at low speed over an area no larger than 60x60cm.
- Then work your polish at high speed (6 on the orbital or 1300/1800 rpm on the rotary) using slow, straight-line passes.
- Finish your work when the residual polish film is very thin, almost transparent.
- Wipe off your polish with a suitable microfiber (e.g. Microfibre Cloth Blue) using a Clean Top pad (alcohol-based).
- Check your finish and then apply a protective wax.
Tip: Remember to regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner to keep the foam perfectly free of polish dust. Your work and results will be significantly better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, work it in with your fingers, then wipe everything off with a microfiber or run the pad through a Pad Washer.
