Accessing hard-to-reach areas such as grille inserts, logo surrounds, and under door handles is often very tricky if you don't have the right tools. A simple polish with a manual pad is laborious and yields poor results.

ZviZZer has therefore launched a polishing cone to greatly ease access to tight areas. THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad Orange is the model equipped with a medium foam for correction polishing while ensuring a beautiful finish.
Featuring the famous Thermo foam already found on the brand's All Rounder and Trapez pads, you will gain in efficiency thanks to better resistance during temperature rises, reduced wear, and above all less foam compression under pressure.

This THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad can be mounted on a standard drill chuck or on the FS140 extension by FLEX specifically designed for this purpose.

For all the most demanding detailers and true perfectionists, this THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad Orange will become a reference.

You can use THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad with the associated polish from ZviZZer MC3000 Medium Cut.

How to use the THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad?

  1. Attach the THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad onto your drill chuck or the dedicated FLEX FS140 extension.
  2. Apply a few drops of ZviZZer MC3000 Medium Cut polish onto the foam.
  3. Spread the polish quickly at low speed across the working area.
  4. Then work your polish at high speed applying light pressure. Take care not to press down on sharp edges.
  5. Finish your pass when the residual polish film becomes very thin, nearly clear.
  6. Wipe off the polish residue with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g., Orange Microfiber Cloth) using a pad soaked with Clean Top (alcohol-based)
  7. Inspect your finish and apply a protective wax afterwards.

Tip: Be sure to regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner solution to keep your foam completely free of polish residue. Your workflow and results will be significantly better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, and then wipe off with a microfiber towel or run the pad through a Pad Washer.
