Description

Accessing hard-to-reach areas such as grille surrounds, logo contours, and door handle undersides is often very tricky if you are not properly equipped. Simple hand-pad polishing is laborious and yields poor results.

ZviZZer has therefore launched a polishing cone to greatly facilitate access to tight areas. THERMO CONE Hard Cut Foam Pad Red is the model equipped with a hard foam for polishing the most significant localized defects.
Featuring the renowned Thermo foam already used on the brand's All Rounder and Trapez pads, you will gain efficiency thanks to better heat resistance during temperature rises, less wear and above all less foam compression under pressure.

This THERMO CONE Hard Cut Foam Pad can be mounted on a standard drill chuck or on the FS140 extension by FLEX specifically designed for it.

For all the most meticulous detailers and perfectionists, this THERMO CONE Hard Cut Foam Pad will become a reference.

You can use THERMO CONE Medium Cut Foam Pad with the matching polish from ZviZZer HC4000 Hard Cut.

How to use the THERMO CONE Hard Cut Foam Pad?

  1. Attach the THERMO CONE Hard Cut Foam Pad onto your drill chuck or the dedicated FLEX FS140 extension.
  2. Apply a few drops of ZviZZer HC4000 Hard Cut compound onto the foam.
  3. Spread the polish quickly at low speed across the working area.
  4. Then work your polish at high speed applying light pressure. Take care not to press down on sharp edges.
  5. Finish your pass when the residual polish film becomes very thin, nearly clear.
  6. Wipe off the polish residue with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g., Red Microfiber Cloth) using a pad soaked with Clean Top (alcohol-based)
  7. Inspect your finish and apply a protective wax afterwards.

Tip: Be sure to regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner solution to keep your foam completely free of polish residue. Your workflow and results will be significantly better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, and then wipe off with a microfiber towel or run the pad through a Pad Washer.
