Koch-Chemie Ceramic Neo C0.03 is a premium ceramic coating for long-lasting automotive paint protection. It is the paintwork component of the new KCX Protection Unit range.

Once cured, it forms a smooth, hard, hydrophobic layer that changes how the surface behaves over the long term: water beads up and runs off, dirt adheres less readily, and maintenance washes become much easier.

Beyond protection, Ceramic Neo enhances the paintwork with intense gloss and remarkable color depth, particularly noticeable on dark and metallic finishes. The surface feels smooth and slick.

How to use Koch-Chemie Ceramic Neo C0.03
1. Wash and decontaminate: wash the vehicle thoroughly, then remove iron contaminants and tar, using a clay bar if needed.
2. Correct the paint: machine-polish to remove fine scratches and holograms; the coating will not hide defects.
3. Degrease: remove all polishing oils with a surface-preparation degreaser, ensuring the surface is clean, cool, and dry.
4. Apply: put the product on an applicator and spread it thinly, one panel at a time, using two crosshatched passes.
5. Let flash: flash time varies with temperature and humidity; watch for a rainbow effect to appear.
6. Buff: level the residue with a coating microfiber cloth until the surface is clear, streak-free, and free of high spots.
7. Let cure: keep the vehicle sheltered for at least 24 hours before exposing it to the elements.
Tip: inspect each panel under an inspection light; a missed high spot becomes difficult to correct after curing.
Tip: wait approximately 9 days before the first wash, then use a pH-neutral car shampoo.
