RUPES has developed a brand new cordless model, with many improvements to offer even greater comfort to the user.
This cordless, battery-powered version, the HLR21, will suit both detailing enthusiasts and professionals alike.
Maneuverability, freedom of movement — this new polisher is truly revolutionary.
Its performance is equally impressive: its 18V battery offers 5Ah with prolonged and uninterrupted operation. You can enjoy its full power for 40 continuous minutes.
This RUPES HLR21 polisher is designed to handle heavy workloads, including during heavy correction phases.
The major innovations of this remarkable machine are numerous.
- The first concerns the new orbital drive system. Less parasitic vibrations, less heat buildup, and less friction, offering a much better working experience.
- The second innovation concerns the new brushless In-Runner technology and the new gear system.
Better output power (350W usable), no more motor housing which helps avoid temperature rises and provides better ventilation. The new gears used also help reduce noise during operation.
- Another evolution: a lateral LED strip indicator showing your battery charge level. A slow blink will signal a low battery level.
- Finally, your HLR21 is equipped with a new polyurethane backing plate. New material, new design, allowing for greater precision and control at work. The rubber edge will provide additional safety when working near sensitive areas.

How do you use the RUPES Bigfoot HLR21 polisher?
- Pad/polish selection: Choose the pad/polish combination suited to the work required (foam or wool pad).
- Placement: Center your pad on the backing plate.
- Polish: Spread your polish around the outer edge of the pad.
- Working: Work your polish one area at a time, applying some pressure to the pad. Start at speed 2-3 to quickly spread the polish over the work area. Then increase to speed 5 or even maximum speed 6 to work the polish slowly in straight crosshatch passes.
- Wipe-off: Wipe away polishing residues once the remaining haze becomes translucent. Use a good new microfiber for this (Black velvet).
- Inspection: Always remember to wipe down again with an isopropyl alcohol-based solution to inspect your work (e.g., Rupes Reveal Lite).
Tip: For best results, remember to use the dedicated pad-cleaning brush (Claw pad tool not included in the kit). Regularly change your microfiber or foam pad as soon as it becomes too saturated.

Care instructions
Always polish with the polisher held flat against the surface. Change your pad as soon as it becomes too saturated with polish. Blow out the polisher openings (vents) to remove dust from the machine regularly.
