The RUPES LH19E is a rotary polisher, it is the third generation of dual-gear rotaries using a 1200-watt motor designed by RUPES.


The RUPES LH19E features an adjustment knob for greater precision.

It can operate effectively both at low speed around 400 rpm and at high speed.

Equipped with a very high torque motor, a compact design, premium ergonomics and a lightweight housing, the RUPES LH19 is one of the most powerful and maneuverable rotary polishers on the market.

Its lightweight and powerful design makes it the ultimate rotary polishing solution for professional detailers, body shop technicians, marine applications and much more.

The benefits of using the RUPES LH19E polisher are numerous, including:

  • Rotary motion allowing time savings. Greater correction capacity compared to an orbital motion, but to be reserved for an experienced detailer to avoid any risk of overheating or burning through the clear coat. 
  • The U-handle supplied with the machine allows an inclination adjustment for perfect ergonomics. In addition, its construction with an absorbent rubber helps eliminate unwanted vibrations.
  • A 9m cable length will allow you to move comfortably around the vehicle.
  • The speed variator ideally positioned at the top of the housing allows direct control over the desired rotation speed.
  • The trigger is progressive and will allow you to gradually manage the indicated speed setting.

How to use the RUPES LH19E rotary polisher?

  1. Pad/Polish Selection: Choose the pad/polish combination suited to the required work (blue or yellow foam pad specifically for RUPES rotary polishers).
  2. Placement: Center your pad on your backing plate.
  3. Polish: Spread your polish in a ring around the pad or place 3-4 pea-sized drops around the perimeter of the pad.
  4. Polishing: Work your polish one section at a time, spreading quickly without pressure at speed 2, for example. Then increase to speed 4 or higher to work your polish slowly in criss-cross straight passes, always keeping the machine moving! Never let the machine stay stationary in one spot. Work your polish until the film becomes translucent.
  5. Wiping: Wipe off polish residue once the remaining film is fully translucent. Use the appropriate colored microfiber towel included in the kit.
  6. Inspection: Always remember to wipe down again with an isopropyl alcohol-based solution to inspect your work (e.g., Rupes Reveal Lite).
  7. Finishing: Always follow with a finishing pass using the Yellow Pad (Fine Polishing Pad) RUPES and dedicated polish (Fine Rotary Compound Gel RUPES).

Tip: For best results, use the dedicated pad cleaning brush (Claw pad tool not included in the kit). Switch out your foam pad regularly once it becomes oversaturated.

Care instructions

Always polish with the machine kept flat against the panel. Keep moving continuously across the surface! Do not apply heavy pressure on sharp body lines and edges.
