The Zvizzer Speed Polish System Black Box Edition is a complete polishing kit designed to combine correction, gloss and protection in a single, unique working step. It brings together the Speed Polish 750 ml and the three UFO Thermo 125 mm pads (Hard grey, Medium white, Soft burgundy), offering a versatile solution for all levels of paint defects.

The Speed Polish is a water-based formula, solvent-free, silicone-free and filler-free, guaranteeing pure and honest results. Its high concentration of homogeneous aluminium oxide ensures consistent and predictable correction, regardless of the type of polisher used — free-rotation orbital (DA), forced rotation or rotary. Its extended working time allows smooth, dust-free wiping and leaves a clean surface, perfectly compatible with ceramic treatments.

The UFO Thermo pads represent a major innovation: their symmetrical, slightly bevelled UFO-shaped design promotes uniform pressure distribution, eliminates edge holograms and reduces machine vibration. The integrated PU barrier layer prevents polish from penetrating into the velcro, extends the pad's lifespan and stabilises pressure for greater control. The thermostable open-cell foam dissipates heat and maintains consistent performance over time.

With this system, a single polish suited to three pads covers the full correction spectrum: deep post-sanding P1500 defects with the Hard pad, intermediate P2000 correction with the Medium, and pure P3000+ finishing with the Soft. The integrated polymer protection offers up to 6 months of durability, removable with IPA to prepare for a long-lasting protection. How do you use the Zvizzer Speed Polish System?
1. Prepare the surface: Decontaminate and thoroughly clean the bodywork before any polishing operation.
2. Choose the right UFO pad for the defect: Gray Hard pad for major defects (P1500 sanding), white Medium pad for intermediate correction (P2000), burgundy Soft pad for fine finishing (P3000 and above).
3. Apply Speed Polish: Place a few small drops of product directly onto the pad or the surface to be worked.
4. Work by machine: Use your orbital, forced-rotation, or rotary polisher at moderate speed. The product adapts to all polishing styles and speeds.
5. Extend the working time: Allow the polish to work long enough to optimize correction and gloss simultaneously.
6. Wipe off residues: Easily remove traces with a clean microfiber towel — wiping is smooth and residue-free.
7. Assess the result: Check under dedicated lighting. If a ceramic coating is planned, perform an IPA wipe to remove the integrated polymer protection.
Tip: One pad can cover several panels before cleaning thanks to the thermally stable open-cell foam that dissipates heat.
