Description

The Tornador Foam Z-011RS is a revolution in the world of automotive pre-cleaning. A pneumatic foam cannon from the Tornador range, it instantly converts any liquid cleaning product into a dense, compact and stable foam that adheres to all surfaces and significantly extends the product's contact time.

It is precisely this property that makes it indispensable: a foam that holds on vertical surfaces without sliding, penetrates carpet fibers and seat upholstery, and encapsulates dirt before extraction. The result: unmatched deep cleaning for intensive pre-cleaning, carpets, velour and all textile padding.

With its interchangeable diffusers, it adapts equally well to confined spaces and large surfaces. Paired with the Tornador extension kit, it can be fed directly from large containers of concentrate, opening the door to applications on trucks, tarps, hangar walls and large vehicles.

How to use the Tornador Foam Z-011RS?
1. Prepare the product: dilute the cleaning chemical in the 1-liter tank according to instructions (1:5 to 1:10 for most shampoos).
2. Select the diffuser: install the appropriate diffuser for tight spaces or large bodywork surfaces.
3. Set the pressure: adjust the compressor between 6 and 9.2 bar (80 l/min minimum).
4. Connect the gun: connect the 1/4" fitting to the compressed air line.
5. Apply the foam: hold the diffuser 30–50 cm from the surface and pull the trigger to lay down an even coat of foam.
6. Allow to dwell: let dwell for 2 to 5 minutes depending on the soil level so the foam can encapsulate dirt.
7. Extract and rinse: vacuum with an extraction machine or agitate with a brush to free dirt, then rinse or wipe off with a microfiber towel.
Tip: on seats and carpets, run a wet extractor immediately after application for unmatched results.
Tip: pair with the Rotador Adaptor for mechanical agitation and simultaneous extraction on soiled carpets.
