The Tornador Black Z-020RS is the most powerful pneumatic cleaning gun in the Tornador range. Designed for professional detailers and demanding automotive preparation specialists, it represents the 3rd generation of a tool that has become a reference in the world of vehicle preparation.

At the heart of its performance lies the patented Spring-Pulse technology: a rotation kit equipped with sealed stainless steel ball bearings and a pulse-amplifying spring that delivers maximum power from just 4.5 bar. More torque, more impact, penetration into fibers and crevices like no other tool can offer.

The redesigned handle provides thermal insulation against cold and effective vibration reduction for optimal comfort during long sessions. The integrated air regulator and swivel connector guarantee maximum flexibility of use on all types of surfaces: fabrics, carpets, leathers, plastics, air vents, seat rails and the most hard-to-reach areas.

Instructions for use

How do you use the Tornador Black Z-020RS?
1. Prepare the compressor: verify that air pressure is set between 4.5 and 6.5 bar (6 to 6.5 bar recommended for optimal performance).
2. Fill the reservoir: pour in the cleaning product diluted per manufacturer specifications into the 1-liter tank.
3. Connect the gun: connect the 1/4" fitting to a clean, dry compressed air line.
4. Adjust the air flow: adjust the integrated air regulator based on the type of surface being cleaned.
5. Clean: direct the nozzle cone toward the target area, depress the trigger, and use slow circular overlapping motions.
6. Extract dirt: use a microfiber towel to wipe away and absorb loosened foam and lifted grime.
7. Rinse the tool: after every session, run clean water through the reservoir and trigger for a few seconds to purge remaining residues.
Tip: start with the heaviest soiled areas (carpets, door sills) before moving to sensitive surfaces (leather, headliners).
Tip: pair the Z-020RS with the Rotador Adaptor to simultaneously vacuum up dislodged dirt.
