Description

The Tornador Classic Z-010RS is the tool that changed everything. Since its launch, it has established itself as the absolute reference for automotive preparation professionals, detailers, and bodywork technicians for deep interior cleaning.

Its principle is as ingenious as it is effective: a rotating tube driven by compressed air creates a swirling effect at the cone outlet, projecting an ultra-finely atomized mixture of air and cleaning product onto all surfaces. Seats, carpets, door panels, dashboard, gear lever boots, air vents — no nook or cranny can resist.

Micro-atomization is the key to its economy: a tiny amount of product is enough for maximum effectiveness, drastically reducing operating costs and drying times. The integrated air regulator and the articulated sleeve in the handle offer optimal flexibility depending on the surfaces being treated.

Instructions for use

How to use the Tornador Classic Z-010RS?
1. Set up the compressor: set the pressure between 6 and 9.2 bar for optimal performance.
2. Fill the reservoir: add the diluted cleaning product into the 1-liter graduated reservoir.
3. Connect the gun: plug the 1/4" fitting into a clean, dry compressed air line.
4. Adjust the flow: set the air regulator according to the surface (reduce for delicate surfaces such as leather).
5. Clean: hold the cone a few centimeters from the surface, pull the trigger, and make slow, circular motions.
6. Wipe away residue: wipe immediately with a microfiber towel to lift loosened dirt.
7. Rinse the tool: purge the gun with clean water after each use to prevent build-up.
Tip: for headliners and sensitive leather, lower the pressure to the minimum and test on an inconspicuous area.
Tip: pair the Classic with the Rotador Adaptor to simultaneously vacuum up dislodged dirt.
