Description
Finishing pad by PADS99 for removing the finest defects such as holograms, light polishing hazing from hard polishes.
Very soft, open-cell foam that allows you to easily expel polish dust during work and prevent the pad from overheating.
The finish left by this pad is truly exceptional and is especially suited to the most delicate clear coats. For use with all types of finishing polishes (e.g.: FC2000 Fine Cut by ZVIZZER)
The trapezoidal cut of this Space Pad White finishing pad features a very pronounced radius to prevent premature wear of the pad edges.
Another advantage of using this Space Pad White is its very high-quality and very resistant Velcro with a strong adhesive.
The durability of this pad will be excellent regardless of the clear coat being worked on.

How do you use the PADS99 Space Pad White pad?
- Choose the pad size according to your backing plate size (e.g., a 75/90mm PADS99 size will fit a 75mm/3" machine backing plate).
- Center your pad on your backing plate.
- Apply several pea-sized drops of polish and spread it evenly over the pad to thoroughly saturate the foam. (e.g., polish: FC2000 Fine Cut by ZVIZZER)
- Spread your polish quickly at low speed over an area no larger than 60x60cm. (orbital speed 2)
- Then work the polish at low speed (4 on an orbital polisher) using slow straight passes.
- Finish your work when the residual polish haze is very thin, almost transparent.
- Wipe off your polish with a suitable microfiber (e.g., Microfibre Cloth Black) using a little ZVIZZER Clean Top (alcohol-based).
- Check your finish, then apply a protective wax or ceramic coating.
Tip: Remember to clean your pad regularly with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner cleaning solution to keep your pads completely free of polish dust. Your work and results will be much better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, then wipe everything with a microfiber or use a Lake Country Pad Washer.
