Description
The Thermo Allrounder Soft Yellow pad is an exceptionally crafted pad, dedicated to finishing work. ZviZZer needs no introduction when it comes to the quality and durability of their polishing foams. A current world reference.
The quality of craftsmanship is felt through the solidity of the hook-and-loop on one hand, with a very strong adhesive between the foam and the backing plate. Also, the trapezoidal cut is perfectly shaped and chamfered for greater durability. The honeycomb, aerated foam structure also ensures perfect heat distribution. The central hole in the pad also allows excess heat to dissipate during work.
The interface between the foam and the hook-and-loop allows for even greater stability compared to other ZviZZer Trapez pads. A notable advantage when you want to maintain control of the pad on flat surfaces.
The Thermo foam used in this pad is very special and allows it to resist deformation under pressure, while preventing the pad from softening and completely losing performance. This Thermo foam, which equips all ZviZZer foam pads, allows for a considerable gain in performance and pad durability (up to 3 to 4 times greater compared to a similar pad in traditional foam).
ZviZZer uses a registered and protected color code for their pad range, very specific, to perfectly identify which polish should be used with which pad, and also potentially with which wiping microfiber. Thus, Thermo Allrounder Soft Yellow can be used with the polish ZviZZer Fine Cut Hologram Remover (FC 2000) or any other finishing polish from another brand.
The fineness of the foam in this finishing pad will ensure an impeccable finish even on the most delicate and difficult paint colors to work with (direct gloss, solid finish, etc.). It will be the perfect pad to use after a pass with a Pink or Orange ZviZZer pad, for example, with their associated polishes.

How to use the ZviZZer Allrounder Soft Yellow pad?
- Ensure you select the right pad size for your backing plate (e.g. a 125/140mm size from ZviZZer will suit a 125mm / 5-inch backing plate).
- Center your pad on your backing plate.
- Apply a large pea-sized drop of polish (e.g. Fine Cut Hologram Remover FC 2000) directly onto the panel or a few small drops onto the pad.
- Spread your polish quickly at low speed over a working area no larger than 60x60 cm.
- Then work your polish at low speed (speed 4 on a dual action or 900–1000 RPM on a rotary) using slow, overlapping straight passes.
- Complete your pass when the residual polish film becomes very thin, near translucent.
- Buff off your polish with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g. Microfibre Cloth Yellow) after using a pad with Clean Top (alcohol-based panel wipe)
- Inspect your finish, then apply a protective wax or sealant.
Tip: Regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner to keep your foam completely free of spent polish and dust. Your workflow and results will be significantly improved. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the foam between your fingers, and then wipe clean with a microfiber towel or run the pad through a Pad Washer.

- Always clean your pad regularly with Pad Cleaner
- Never leave an object or tool resting on top of the pad.
- Never wash a polishing pad in a washing machine.
- Always pull gently on the hook-and-loop backing to remove the pad from the backing plate.
