Accessing hard-to-reach areas such as grille surrounds, logo contours, and door handle undersides is often very tricky if you are not properly equipped. Simple hand-pad polishing is laborious and yields poor results.

ZviZZer has therefore launched a polishing cone to greatly facilitate access to tight areas. THERMO CONE Soft Cut Foam Pad Yellow is the model equipped with a soft foam for finishing polishing.
Featuring the renowned Thermo foam already used on the brand's All Rounder and Trapez pads, you will gain efficiency thanks to better heat resistance during temperature rises, less wear and above all less foam compression under pressure.

This THERMO CONE Soft Cut Foam Pad can be mounted on a standard drill chuck or on the FS140 extension by FLEX specifically designed for it.

How to use THERMO CONE Soft Cut Foam Pad?

  1. Attach the THERMO CONE Soft Cut Foam Pad to the drill chuck or to the dedicated FLEX FS140 extension.
  2. Apply a few drops of ZviZZer FC2000 Fine Cut Swirl Remover polish onto the foam.
  3. Spread your polish quickly at low speed over the area.
  4. Then work your polish at high speed, applying light pressure. Take care not to apply excessive force on sharp edges.
  5. Finish your work when the residual polish film is very thin, almost transparent.
  6. Buff off your polish with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g. Yellow Microfiber Cloth) using a pad with Clean Top (alcohol-based)
  7. Check your finish and then apply a protective wax.

Tip: Regularly clean your pad with ZviZZer Pad Cleaner solution to keep your foam completely free of polish dust. Your work and results will be significantly better. Spray Pad Cleaner directly onto the pad, massage the pad between your fingers, then wipe it clean with a microfiber towel or run the pad through a Pad Washer.
