Description

Finish Polishing Pad is a polishing pad from the brand NANOLEX that ensures a perfect finish regardless of your paint type.
Featuring a very supple and fine foam structure, you can correct very fine finishing defects while ensuring a perfect shine.

Ideally paired with the brand's Finishing Polish polish, the combination will deliver the purest finish possible.

Finish Polishing Pad features an advantageous conical shape, allowing you to reach panel edges for complete precision work. This shape also helps to better distribute pressure across the width of the pad. The center hole helps with centering the pad on the backing plate and, more importantly, better dissipates heat during use.

Available in different sizes (75mm/125mm/150mm), the Finish Polishing Pad is compatible with the various backing plates commonly found on the market (3'/5'/6'). Its unique dark blue color allows you to distinguish and identify it at a glance among the other colors in the NANOLEX pad range.

This polishing pad is preferably used with a dual-action orbital polisher or alternatively with a rotary polisher.

How to use NANOLEX Finish Polishing Pad?

  1. Checks: Always ensure the diameter of your pad is greater than or equal to the diameter of your backing plate.
  2. Mounting: Center your pad on the backing plate.
  3. Compound/Polish: Spread your polish evenly in an outer ring on the pad
  4. Working: Work the polish one section at a time, applying moderate pressure on the pad depending on the defects to correct.
  5. Cleaning: Always remember to clean your pad while working (using a brush, compressed air, etc.).

Tip: For best results, use a dedicated pad conditioning brush (e.g., RUPES Claw pad tool).

Care instructions

Thoroughly wash your pad with warm water and a pad cleaner or microfiber wash detergent once correction is complete. Never wring or twist the pad; instead, squeeze it gently between your fingers and let it air dry on a drying rack.
