Clay Lube by NANOLEX is, as its name suggests, a clay lubricant for decontamination bars. In a ready-to-use format, the 750ml bottle will easily cover the complete decontamination of a large vehicle and more.

When the paint feels rough to the touch, it is necessary to carry out a surface decontamination with a Clay Bar and a good clay lubricant. That is where Clay Lube comes in. Its silicone-free formulation provides excellent surface lubrication, facilitating the glide of the clay bar over the paint while minimizing marring (clay marring) even on delicate paint finishes.

Wiping off Clay Lube is very easy, leaving no greasy film.

Its specific formulation will prevent the clay from becoming soft over time after multiple uses, or even from breaking apart.

How to use NANOLEX Clay Lube?

  1. Perform a proper pre-wash and two-bucket wash on the surfaces first.
  2. Spray Clay Lube directly onto the panel. Be generous with the product. Also spray a little Clay Lube onto your clay bar.
  3. Work in straight, cross-hatch motions with moderate pressure on the clay bar. Work in sections of approximately 60x60 cm.
  4. Once the surface has been clayed, wipe off with a quality microfiber towel (e.g., Allround Duo).
  5. Always check by feel if the surface is smooth. If not, make a second pass.

Tip: For best results, regularly knead and fold the clay bar onto itself to always maintain a clean, uncontaminated surface.

Care instructions

Always perform two light passes with the clay bar rather than one heavy pass. Always make sure to have at least 500ml of product available for a full vehicle.

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Close the bottle tightly after use.
