Description

Hendlex Headlights PRO is a ceramic coating designed to protect plastic headlights against UV rays, chemical exposure and dirt. It forms a hard, glossy layer that preserves lens clarity.

Its highly hydrophobic surface (113° contact angle) limits dirt and insect buildup and makes maintenance easier. It resists acids, alkalis and salts (pH 2 to 13) and temperatures from -30 to +150 °C, providing protection for up to 15 months depending on conditions.

The complete set includes 30 ml of coating—enough to treat one vehicle’s headlights—Paint Prepare 50 ml cleaner with a sprayer for thorough preparation, an application pad and a pair of gloves. Ideal as a finishing step after headlight restoration.

How to use Hendlex Headlights PRO Ceramic Coating
1. Prepare the headlights: they must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Work in the shade between +10 and +25 °C.
2. Degrease: spray on Paint Prepare and wipe off with a microfiber cloth.
3. Load the pad: saturate the pad with coating.
4. Apply: spread a thick, even layer, adding 5 to 6 drops during application.
5. Allow to dwell: wait approximately 70 seconds.
6. Buff: wipe with a microfiber cloth until the finish is glossy and even.
7. Allow to cure: allow 24 h for initial drying; full cure takes 7 days.
Tip: if the headlights are yellowed or cloudy, restore them by sanding and polishing before applying the coating.
