Description
HLR75 is the latest evolution of RUPES polishers with Ibrid technology. With perfect ergonomics, the new HLR75 polisher is ideal for polishing hard-to-reach areas and curved sections thanks to its 3" (75mm) backing plate and 12mm orbit.
This exceptional machine runs on rechargeable batteries (2 supplied) with very good autonomy (expect 35–45 min per battery). This ensures perfect mobility for outdoor work away from your workshop, for example.
A wired adapter can be coupled for working from a power outlet (not included).
The polisher is started very simply via a lever, as on the eccentric sanders commonly encountered. The speed variator is perfectly positioned on the left side for full control.
Offered as the Beta pack, this HLR75 will be delivered with the new D-A polishes from the range (RUPES D-A Coarse 250ml and RUPES D-A Fine Polish 250ml), the associated pads (RUPES blue and yellow Microfibres, D-A Finishing Foam Pad, D-A Coarse Cutting Foam Pad) as well as blue and yellow wiping microfibers.

How do you use the RUPES HLR75 polisher?
- Pad/Polish Selection: Choose the pad and compound/polish combination suited to the required correction level (blue foam pad, yellow foam pad, or wool).
- Placement: Center your pad on the backing plate.
- Polish: Apply a ring of polish around the face of the pad
- Working: Start the machine by pressing the trigger lever on the front. Work your polish on one section at a time, applying moderate pressure to the pad, and begin at speed 2 to quickly spread the polish over the work area. Then increase to speed 4–5 to work the polish slowly using overlapping cross-hatch passes.
- Wipe-off: Wipe off polish residue once the film turns translucent.
- Inspection: Always remember to wipe down with an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solution to inspect your correction work (e.g., Rupes Reveal Lite)
Tip: For best results, consider using a dedicated pad cleaning brush (not included in the kit, Claw pad tool). Regularly swap out your foam or microfiber pad as soon as it becomes saturated.

Care instructions
Always polish with the machine completely flat on the surface. Be sure to change your pad as soon as it gets saturated with polish. Blow out the polisher's cooling vents with compressed air to clear out dust regularly. The machine's trigger lever is delicate; handle it with care.
