Description

Angelwax expands its Enigma range with a ceramic treatment specifically dedicated to wheels and brake calipers: Enigma Legacy Wheel & Caliper Coating.

Composed on a titanium dioxide base for its resistance, Enigma Legacy Wheel & Caliper Coating offers very high temperature resistance. Wheels and calipers treated in this way will see brake dust and other contaminants adhere less to the lacquer.
Cleaning of the surfaces will also be greatly facilitated.

Unlike certain other ceramic treatments, Enigma Legacy Wheel & Caliper Coating does not require IR lamp drying to cure. A simple dry rest period of 24 hours will be required after application.

A perfect surface condition will however be required before applying Enigma Legacy Wheel & Caliper Coating to your vehicle's wheels. Decontamination, at minimum a finishing polish and a thorough degreasing will be essential.

Please then allow a minimum dry rest period of 24 hours before exposing the wheels to the elements.

How to use Angelwax Enigma Legacy?

  1. Thoroughly prepare the surfaces to be treated (chemical and mechanical decontamination, polishing).
  2. Then degrease thoroughly with an IPA-based product (such as Stripped Ease).
  3. Apply Enigma Legacy Wheel & Caliper Coating to both the inside and outside of the wheels for complete protection.
  4. Thorough wipe-off with 2 or even 3 microfiber towels.
  5. Flash/cure time varies depending on ambient temperature.
  6. 2 coats recommended with a 2h interval.
