Description

Correcting deep scratches sometimes requires sanding (wet or dry). This must also be carried out with precision in order to be as uniform as possible.

We therefore offer this manual sanding kit with a sanding block (tulip) by FLEXIPADS. This 30mm cylindrical manual sanding block can be used with the decreasing-grit sanding discs (1500, 2000, 3000) from the brand included in the kit.
The disc attachment is done either by velcro (GRIP system) or by adhesive (PSA system).

The discs included in the kit in packs of 10 units each, will be in 1500 grit (PSA self-adhesive on the block), 2000 grit (GRIP system, hook-and-loop on the other side of the block), 3000 grit (GRIP system, hook-and-loop on one side of the block).

The advantage of this dual attachment system (PSA and GRIP) is that you can attach a 1500 grit disc (PSA) on one side of the block and a 2000 grit disc (GRIP) on the other, allowing you to perform your rough and intermediate passes consecutively. At the end, you replace your 2000 grit disc with the 3000 grit disc (GRIP) to further refine your sanding and facilitate your correction polishing afterwards. A considerable time-saver overall!
