Description

Hendlex PPF&VINYL is a nano-ceramic coating designed exclusively to protect paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wraps. It enhances the film’s appearance while forming a durable barrier that does not attract dust or grease.

Its formula increases surface hardness, restores gloss and creates a strong hydrophobic effect (107° contact angle) for easier maintenance. It resists UV rays, road salt and chemicals from pH 3 to 12, and withstands temperatures from -50 to +150 °C. Crucially, it limits film aging and yellowing.

One 40 ml bottle covers a medium-sized vehicle, providing protection for up to 3 years depending on conditions. The set includes 40 ml of coating, a microfiber cloth, an applicator with application cloth, a pair of gloves and instructions.

How to use Hendlex PPF&VINYL Ceramic Coating
1. Prepare the surface: wash and thoroughly dry the film in the shade, between +10 and +25 °C.
2. Set up the applicator: secure the application cloth to the applicator and moisten it with the product.
3. Apply: spread in a crosshatch pattern, panel by panel (approximately 1 x 1 m), keeping the cloth damp.
4. Allow to dwell: wait from a few dozen seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the temperature.
5. Wipe off: buff with a microfiber cloth until all streaks disappear.
6. Allow to cure: avoid contact with water for 12 to 24 h and do not wash for 7 days.
Tip: the warmer it is, the shorter the wait time; work in small sections.
Tip: do not apply to matte film; use Hendlex Ceramic Coating MATTE instead.
