This complete kit offered by DIAMOND PROTECH will be perfect for providing durable and highly hydrophobic protection to your coverings or paint protection films (PPF), whether gloss or matte.

Some paint protection films (PPF) and wraps in general do not offer ceramic protection infused into the material and can therefore age poorly due to UV rays and external aggressions such as repeated alkaline washes. In order to provide perfect, durable protection for up to 18 months, DIAMOND PROTECH developed this Diamond Wrap PPF&Vinyl Kit.

Diamond Wrap PPF&Vinyl Kit will not change the matte appearance of films applied to your vehicles, and will allow a glossier effect on glossy coatings.

Very easy to apply in a single coat (notable time saving), you will achieve a much silkier film feel in the end. Please note that the self-healing or thermo-healing effect will not be altered after application of the product.

The hydrophobic effect created after application of Diamond Wrap PPF&Vinyl Kit will make your future washes much easier. The solar filtration provided by Diamond Wrap PPF&Vinyl Kit will also ensure excellent aging of the film whatever it may be: PVC, PU.

A thorough degreasing of the film with Body Prep (included in the kit) will be necessary before applying Diamond Wrap.

Do not forget to keep the vehicle dry for at least 1 hour before exposing the surfaces to water (although DIAMOND PROTECH announces immediate availability after wiping).
Then wait 10 days before proceeding with the first chemical wash of your vehicle.

How to use the DIAMOND PROTECH Wrap PPF&Vinyl Kit?

  1. Preparation: Start by thoroughly degreasing the film using Body Prep and a microfiber towel. Surfaces must be perfectly clean and dry.
  2. Shaking: Shake the bottle of Diamond Wrap for a few seconds.
  3. Application: Apply approximately 10 to 15 drops of Diamond Wrap onto the microfiber applicator included in the kit. Work in areas of approximately 60x60 cm. Treat one full panel at a time.
  4. Drying: Allow the solvents to flash off until a haze appears. This will occur within 1-3 min depending on temperature and humidity conditions.
  5. Wipe-off: Wipe off using the included microfiber towel. Flip your microfiber towel regularly. If necessary, take a fresh one as soon as you feel the first one is saturated.

Tip: For best results, apply DIAMOND PROTECH Wrap PPF&Vinyl Kit onto cool surfaces in the shade, within a room having a controlled temperature between 10-30°C and humidity <70%.

Care instructions

After application, always wipe the bottle neck. Never reuse the microfiber applicator or the microfiber towel afterwards. If you leave wipe marks after application, add a few drops to the applicator, reapply to the area, and carefully wipe off again.

Storage and handling conditions: Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Close the bottle tightly after use.
