Description

SONAX offers a manual kit (Manual Headlight Restoration Kit) for the restoration of polycarbonate headlight lenses in cases where you do not have a polisher available.

This complete kit will allow you to first sand your surface using the sanding tulip and the supplied discs (P5000 grit).

Once your surface has been sanded and is smooth, you can then restore the matte appearance by hand polishing with the supplied block (2x blocks) and specific polish.

Finally, the last step consists of applying the wipe impregnated with a protective solution for polycarbonate material to prevent the phenomenon from reappearing over time.

This kit allows you to restore 2 headlight lenses.

Usage precautions
Hazard statement

1. Thoroughly prepare the headlight for treatment (wash, decontaminate, degrease). 2. Mask the surrounding area of the light with masking tape. 3. Sand the surface using the mini hand sander with a P5000 sanding disc attached. 4. Wipe off all residue thoroughly with a microfiber towel. 5. Apply the included polish using a polishing block. 6. Wipe off polish residue thoroughly with a second microfiber towel. 7. Apply a pre-saturated wipe to the surfaces to protect them.
