Description

Swissvax Shield wax is a wax in a category of its own in the sense that, like the Autobahn for wheels, it is composed of PTFE (Teflon) for regularly used vehicles, focusing the finish primarily on protection.

Nevertheless, Swissvax Shield will allow you to achieve a very fine finish on your paintwork.

Durability compared to a pure carnauba wax will be doubled or even tripled depending on usage conditions and the number of coats applied.

Preparation of your surface (decontamination) is essential in order to promote adhesion. The application of Shield wax on your paintwork should preferably be done using a foam pad due to its Teflon-based composition.

Always use Cleaner Fluid Regular before any application of Swissvax Shield in order to properly bond your layer of wax.

This wax contains 40% Brazilian carnauba with PTFE.

Available here in a 50ml format, you can easily apply up to 5 thin coats on a vehicle.


A foam pad is used to apply the wax. Load the pad with a very small amount of wax and apply it to the paintwork. 10ml is enough to treat an average vehicle.

Wipe off Shield with a thick microfiber cloth, immediately after application (although you will not have any difficulty wiping it off if you wait several tens of minutes after application).
