For those who do not wish to use a machine polisher, Maniac-Auto offers an ideal kit for manual polishing.

For optimum results, we offer a 2-step polishing process: abrasive polishing with a suitable applicator to remove light scratches and other minor defects, followed by a finishing polish to restore the gloss of the clear coat.

This kit includes:

. A cleaner (IPA) Infinity Wax SYNERGY PREP (can be replaced by Optimus DKN from the brand Alchimy7)

. A Menzerna 1100 correction polish in 250ml (enough for approximately 4/5 cars)

. A Menzerna 3000 finishing polish in 250ml (enough for approximately 4/5 cars)

. A manual polishing pad Flexipad orange for correction

. A manual polishing pad Flexipad noir for finishing (or Alchimy7 F7 polishing pad)

. 2 yellow Cocktail Microfiber UltraFine microfibers

HOW TO USE:

1. Beforehand — and ideally — wash, decontaminate, then dry the bodywork.

2. Degrease with the SYNERGY PREP cleaner (IPA) and wipe with the yellow ultra-fine microfiber.

3. Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of correction polish Menzerna 1100 to the manual polishing pad Flexipad Orange then work in circular motions over a 60x60cm area. Then spray the IPA cleaner directly onto the worked area and wipe to check the correction work. Repeat the correction pass if necessary, otherwise move on to the next step.

4. Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of Menzerna 3000 finishing polish to the manual polishing pad Flexipad Noir then work in circular motions over a 60x60cm area. Then spray the IPA cleaner directly onto the worked area and wipe to check the finishing work. Repeat the finishing pass if necessary.

5. Definitively degrease the bodywork with the "IPA" cleaner as a final step to remove oils and other polish residues.
