Description

Iron X CARPRO is a pH-neutral (acid-free) ferrous decontaminant that decontaminates the bodywork and wheels. Brake pads and other road contaminants develop ferrous particles that cling to your bodywork and pollute the surface. Clays remove these particles but do not neutralize their effects. Corrosion may already have set in beneath the surface.

The only way to truly eliminate these ferrous particles is to use a genuine decontaminant like IronX. It opens the pores of the paint to dislodge the embedded particles and thus neutralizes the effect of corrosion.

Iron-X is used on all painted parts of your bodywork as well as on varnished wheels, glass, etc.

CARPRO IronX is very easy to use and its reaction upon contact with ferrous particles is immediately visible: the liquid in the IronX bottle is transparent but turns purple as soon as it comes into contact with iron particles.

After allowing 2-3 minutes of dwell time, agitate with the accessories of your choice (mitt, wheel brushes, detailing brushes, etc.) and wipe the surface. Rinse thoroughly.

How to use CARPRO Iron X?

  1. Apply to a cool surface. Spray onto the surface.
  2. Wait 2-3 minutes for the product to turn purple. 
  3. Agitate lightly if necessary.
  4. Rinse with clean water without letting the product dry on the surface.

Note: Do not use on chrome or bare metal, and test on repainted areas! When in doubt, it is best to mask off these areas.
