How do you use Carlift Classic 602?

  1. Thoroughly clean the bodywork and decontaminate the surface with a clay bar or a decontaminant product to remove all traces of dirt, tar, and embedded fallout.
  2. Polish the surface if necessary to correct swirls and achieve a perfectly smooth paint, then degrease with a panel wipe or isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove all polish residue and oils.
  3. Work in a moderate environment (between 15°C and 25°C), out of direct sunlight, and on a surface cool to the touch to optimize the bonding of the ceramic coating.
  4. Apply 2 to 3 drops of Carlift Classic 602 onto the supplied applicator and spread the product over the bodywork using a cross-hatch pattern (horizontal then vertical) in sections of 40 x 40 cm maximum.
  5. Allow the product to flash for 1 to 2 minutes until a slight haze appears, then immediately buff off with a clean, dry microfiber towel using circular motions to reveal the shine.
  6. Work section by section over the entire vehicle, then allow to cure for 24 hours before any exposure to water or weather conditions to ensure full polymerization of the coating.

Pro tip: For optimal results and a maximum durability of 24 months, avoid automatic brush car washes during the first 7 days and favor hand washing with pH-neutral shampoos.
