Description

Nanolex Si3D Cerabide is a ceramic protective coating for cars, containing functionalized hybrid organic/inorganic solid particles of silicon carbide. It offers unmatched hardness and scratch resistance, actively filling existing scratches while protecting against future ones. This product intensifies paint color and provides a brilliant finish. Easy to apply, Nanolex Si3D Cerabide is forgiving of polishing errors and offers durability up to 75,000 km. Si3D Cerabide is virtually VOC-free, suitable for worldwide shipping and requires only a single application layer to reach its full potential.

The water contact angle provided by Si3D Cerabide is consistently and repeatedly 105°. This allows for very significant water sheeting and therefore great ease of drying.

Instructions for use

How to use Nanolex Si3D Cerabide?

  1. Make sure the vehicle is thoroughly decontaminated, cleaned and dry.
  2. Prepare the surface by wiping it with a product such as Nanolex EX New to remove any residues.
  3. Wear the provided nitrile gloves.
  4. Apply 8 to 10 drops of Si3D Cerabide onto the applicator cloth wrapped around the block.
  5. Apply the product by rubbing without pressure using cross-hatch motions until evenly distributed.
  6. Allow to dwell for 1 to 3 minutes, then remove residues with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
  7. Allow to cure for at least 12 hours in a warm, dry environment, ideally 24 hours. Avoid chemical products for an additional 7 days.

Tip: Use an infrared lamp to speed up the curing process.
