CHEMICAL GUYS launches a synthetic protection with ceramic for greater durability, an extra-glossy finish and above all great ease of application compared to true ceramic treatments.

HydroSlick Ceramic Coating Hyperwax enters a new category: that of Hyper Wax. Indeed, you will find the ease of application of natural waxes or sealants but with improved durability.

Hydro Slick will fill in light surface irregularities to deliver an ultra-smooth feel and a very strong hydrophobic effect. This will greatly facilitate your washes, while preventing contaminants from bonding strongly to the clearcoat.

HydroSlick can be applied by anyone without any risk of mistakes. You can apply it on all surfaces (bodywork, rims, glass, coated plastics, lights, chrome, etc.).
A dry time of 3 hours must be observed after application.

Durability can reach up to 1 year if the treatment is regularly maintained with Hydro Charge (ceramic Quick Wax) from the brand.

Instructions for use

How do you use Chemical Guys HydroSlick Ceramic Coating Hyperwax?

  1. Wash and dry the vehicle completely.
  2. Ideally, decontaminate/polish and degrease your base with an IPA alcohol-based solution (Eraser, Prep, paddock, etc.).
  3. Apply Hydro Slick to a microfiber applicator. (4 pea-sized drops are sufficient)
  4. Treat one panel at a time using cross-hatch motions without pressure.
  5. Allow to dry for 1 to 2min depending on ambient temperature conditions.
  6. Wipe with a double-sided microfiber towel (Black Velvet, for example).
  7. A second coat can be applied after 2h.
  8. Then maintain Hydro Slick with Hydro Charge (quick wax) and Hydro Suds (shampoo).
