Description

The dulling of polycarbonate headlights or your modern bare plastics is a widely encountered phenomenon.

Nanolex has developed a ceramic coating specifically for these materials, giving rise to Si 3D Headlight and Trim.

Si 3D Headlight and Trim will durably protect your headlights by creating a UV-resistant protective film while adding strong resistance to external contaminants (bird droppings, salt or pollution fallout, road grease, etc.)
In this way, you will minimise oxidation of the film on the surface of the polycarbonate and keep your headlights clear.

For your bare plastics, Si 3D Headlight and Trim will easily allow you to restore and protect your plastics that have been whitened by time.

The application of Si 3D Headlight and Trim is carried out in the same way as any other ceramic coating. Wiping is also easy.

Instructions for use

How do you use Nanolex Si3D Headlight & Trim?

  1. Prepare the surface thoroughly (at minimum, degrease using EX, for example. Decontamination followed by polishing is strongly recommended if the headlights have micro-scratches).
  2. Apply SI 3D Headlight in straight, cross-hatch passes.
  3. Allow to dwell for approximately 40 seconds.
  4. Thoroughly wipe the treated headlights.
