Description

This XFE 15 150 18-EC C polisher is a true benchmark from the German brand for cordless polishing. The machine's perfect ergonomics, the robust and durable battery, and the forced-drive system offer the user a polishing experience comparable to that of a corded polisher.

The "brushless" motor system also delivers far greater efficiency, as does the EMS (Electronic Management System), which further extends the machine's lifespan. The constant CDC electronic regulation will prevent speed variations during polishing under pressure.

The progressive switch will allow you to vary the machine's rotation speed as you wish. The speed adjustment dial in the center allows you to vary the set speed (either to the left or to the right whether you are right- or left-handed) with a truly well-thought-out ergonomic design.

XFE 15 150 18-EC C is equipped with an LED indicator showing the battery charge level.

A thermal circuit breaker to protect against overloads will allow you to work safely while protecting your equipment.

The 15mm orbit of the XFE 15 150 18-EC C polisher will ensure a perfect finish without holograms, even on heavy corrections.

The battery life generally observed is 40 min.

How do you use the FLEX XFE 15 150 18-EC C polisher?

  1. Pad/polish selection: Choose the pad/polish combination suited to the work required (foam, microfiber, or wool pad).
  2. Positioning: Center your pad on the backing plate.
  3. Connect your battery to the rear of the polisher.
  4. Polish: Spread your polish around the outer edge of the pad.
  5. Working: Work your polish one area at a time, applying some pressure to the pad, and start at speed 3-4 to quickly spread the polish over the work area. Then increase to speed 5 or even maximum speed 6 to work the polish slowly in overlapping crosshatch passes.
  6. Wiping: Wipe off polishing residue once the residual haze becomes translucent. Use a quality microfiber such as the COCKTAIL MICROFIBERS Black Velvet.
  7. Inspection: Always remember to wipe again with an isopropyl alcohol-based solution to inspect your work (e.g., Rupes Reveal Lite)

Tip: For best results, use a dedicated pad-cleaning brush such as the excellent RUPES Claw pad tool. Alternatively, use a "Pad Washer" such as the one from Lake Country. Regularly change your microfiber or foam pad as soon as it becomes too saturated.

Care instructions

Always polish with the polisher held flat against the surface. Remember to change your pad as soon as it is too saturated with polish. Blow out the polisher openings (vents) to regularly remove dust from the machine. Never store the battery in direct sunlight!
