Description
This PE 150 18-EC C rotary polisher is a true benchmark from the German brand for cordless polishing. The machine's perfect ergonomics, the robust and durable battery (not included), and the optimized rotary system offer the user a polishing experience comparable to that of a corded polisher.
Like its forced mechanical drive counterpart (XFE series), this PE 150 18-EC C features a "brushless" motor system for even greater efficiency, as well as the EMS (Electronic Management System) that further extends the machine's lifespan. The constant CDC electronic regulation will prevent speed variations during polishing under pressure.
The progressive switch will allow you to vary the machine's rotation speed as you wish (550–1800 rpm). The speed adjustment dial in the center allows you to vary the set speed (either to the left or to the right whether you are right- or left-handed) with a truly well-thought-out ergonomic design.
PE 150 18-EC C is equipped with an LED indicator showing the battery charge level.
A thermal circuit breaker to protect against overloads will allow you to work safely while protecting your equipment. Another advantage of using this outstanding polisher is the reduction of noise and vibrations compared to the competition. The user experience is significantly improved in this regard.
This PE 150 18-EC C rotary polisher will be able to correct the most significant defects on the hardest paintwork (German, for example).
The battery life generally observed is 40 min. Swapping the battery will be done very simply at the back of the machine.

How to use the FLEX PE 150 18-EC C polisher?
- Pad/compound choice: Choose the pad and compound combination suited to the task (foam pad or wool pad).
- Placement: Center your pad on your backing plate.
- Connect your battery to the rear of the polisher.
- Compound: Spread your compound in an outer circle around the pad
- Working: Work your compound on one section at a time, applying moderate pressure to the pad, and start at low speed (600-800 rpm) to quickly spread the compound over the work area. Then increase to working speed (1200-1500 rpm) to work your correction compound or at a lower speed (1200-1300 rpm) for a finishing polish, working slowly in overlapping cross-hatch passes.
- Wipe-off: Wipe off polish residue once the residual film becomes translucent. Use a quality microfiber towel to do so, such as the COCKTAIL MICROFIBERS Black Velvet.
- Inspection: Always remember to wipe down again with an isopropyl alcohol-based solution to inspect your work (e.g., Rupes Reveal Lite)
Tip: For best results, consider using a dedicated pad cleaning brush like the excellent RUPES Claw pad tool. Otherwise, use a "Pad Washer" such as the one from Lake Country. Replace your microfiber or foam pad regularly as soon as it becomes overly saturated.

Care instructions
Always polish with the polisher kept flat against the surface. Remember to change your pad as soon as it becomes saturated with polish. Blow out the polisher's ventilation vents to remove dust regularly. Never store the battery in direct sunlight!
