Description

The COLOURLOCK Degreaser is a solvent-free leather degreaser designed to clean effectively while respecting the surface. Its effective and protective formula removes greasy areas without dissolving the color, making it ideal for leather as well as faux leather.

It can be used in many settings (automotive, furniture, fashion…) targeting areas marked by sebum, oils or greasy buildup. On delicate and open-pored leathers (aniline, nubuck/"rough leather"), the application should remain slightly damp to avoid halos and stains, allowing it to dry naturally between applications.

For clean leather, ready to be nourished and protected: degrease, let it breathe… and restore its finest appearance!

Instructions for use

How do you use Colourlock Degreaser?

  1. Work on clean, dry leather, in the shade, on a cool surface.

  2. Always test on a hidden area (risk of visual/tactile changes).

  3. Pour a little product onto a clean, dry cloth.

  4. Dab/wipe the greasy areas without soaking them.

  5. For open-pore leather (aniline/nubuck…), work slightly damp to avoid edges.

  6. Allow to air dry between passes (do not blow dry).

  7. Once finished, apply a suitable care product/protectant for the type of leather.

Tips:

  • Work in small areas to control the result and limit halos.

  • Change to a clean side of the cloth as soon as it becomes saturated (otherwise you will spread the grease again).
