Description: Matte Protect is the perfect product for quickly and effectively dusting off your matte-finish bodywork while leaving a durable protective layer for several weeks. The particularity of Matte Protect is that it will not alter the matte finish of your car.
It can also be used on vehicles fitted with a full vinyl wrap (coloured or transparent), as well as on exterior decorations.
Instructions for use:
Whether treating bodywork or matte-finish wheels, it is essential to first wash your surface thoroughly and degrease it with an IPA alcohol-based agent (CARPRO Eraser is perfect for this). This will help promote the adhesion of Matte Protect.
First, spray your IPA alcohol-based product (Eraser in this example) and thoroughly degrease your surface, leaving it completely dry.
Once your surface is perfectly dry, simply spray Matte Protect onto the surface without leaving the product to sit too long, as this risks making it difficult to buff off.
For a perfect buff, preferably use a short-pile microfibre (the Blue Lagoon is ideal).
The finish left by Matte Protect truly lives up to its description — it will not make your surface shine while leaving a slightly satin matte finish with respectable protection for a spray-on treatment.
