Description:



Pure Shampoo is, as its name suggests, nothing more and nothing less than a pure shampoo. A pure formulation, with no brightening agents, no wax or other compound that would alter the look of your applied protection. Pure Shampoo cleans your bodywork and that's it! Nanolex even states that it can be used in the shower...

Application:

Pure Shampoo is a highly concentrated shampoo, although it has a fairly liquid consistency in the end. The dilution recommended by Nanolex is between 1:300 and 1:500 depending on the level of dirt on the car, i.e. approximately 20ml to 35ml in a 10L bucket of water.
It is therefore an economical shampoo, as with 750ml you can perform up to more than 35 washes!

In our use, on the test vehicle, which is protected with nano-technology and has little dirt, we will use 30ml of shampoo for 12L of water.



The first thing you notice is the shampoo's strong foaming capacity. It is therefore strongly recommended to fill your bucket first and then pour in the shampoo, otherwise you risk filling your bucket with foam.



Rinse your vehicle thoroughly beforehand, ideally carry out a pre-wash if necessary (Pure Shampoo can also be used in the foam lance), and then work panel by panel.

You will notice that Pure Shampoo promotes the glide of the wash mitt on the panel.

Nevertheless, Pure Shampoo is a maintenance shampoo, ideally for protected vehicles, as its cleaning capacity is all in all quite limited.





If your wheels are protected, especially with nano-technology, Pure Shampoo can be used for maintenance cleaning without any problem. It will not alter the protection, but nor will it reinforce it.



It is important not to leave Pure Shampoo to dwell too long on your surfaces, so do not hesitate to rinse your panels once cleaned, especially in hot weather.



The finish left by Pure Shampoo is as neutral as can be. It adds no gloss or protection to the surface.
This is a real advantage when you absolutely want to preserve the look of your protection, whether it is a high-end natural wax or a ceramic coating.

Our opinion:

Nanolex offers a shampoo that is quite rare on the market, in the sense that it contains only shampoo with no frills whatsoever. As a result, for purists and those who absolutely want to preserve the look of their protection — particularly luxury carnauba waxes — this shampoo is the ideal product.
However, you should be aware that this shampoo does not have enormous cleaning power and will only be suitable for maintenance washes on protected vehicles.
Its scent and its advantageous dilution ratio make it a top-choice product for any purist.
